As a customer, you can now monitor the real-time progress of your order(s) every step of the way (with effect from January 2009).
Our regular customer surveys confirm that reliability and punctuality are the most highly valued characteristics of the work process here at medDOC®, even more so in fact than the first-class quality which typifies all services rendered by the company.
With a simple click, this purpose-built TRACKING TOOL displays the current stage in the editing/handling process of the order in question and the exact scheduled time of delivery. Each customer receives a user name and password with which to log in to their personal account in the menu bar on the left of our website.
Data security is absolutely guaranteed by means of a customer number and an individual password.
This initiative is a further step with which medDOC® aspires to optimise their customer-friendly services via transparency and continuously updated information.
